2. Orders

2.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or form a contract.

2.3 Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer the option to wait for restock or receive a full refund.

3. Payments

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP

• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

• Prices may change without prior notice

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment services. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods remains with One LED until payment is received in full.

5. Returns & Cancellation

5.1 Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

5.2 Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email info@oneled.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

• Be returned within 14 days of cancellation notification

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items and issued to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

6.1 Warranty Coverage

One LED offers a 7-year warranty on LED products. This covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or improper installation

• Accidental damage

• Wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

6.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact info@oneled.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Proof of purchase is required.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

One LED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7.2 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of One LED and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Approved trade customers may receive preferential pricing, early product access, and dedicated support. Specific terms will be communicated upon approval.

One LED reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
